Apollo University Lodge has an open-door policy to all suitably qualified visitors, and particularly welcomes members of other Universities Scheme Lodges. Further information about visiting our meetings may be found here, and information about dining may be found here.

Should you wish to enqure about visiting the Lodge, please complete the contact form between two and three weeks before the date of the meeting you wish to attend – if you get in touch earlier than this, we will not be able to help, other than to reply to ask that you please wait until three weeks beforehand, when the summons for the meeting is published. The Lodge's meeting dates may be found on the Calendar.

If you are contacting us to enquire whether a particular person is a member in good financial standing of the Lodge, then please note that for obvious data protection reasons, we will be unable to assist with your enquiry. In this situation, you should ask our member to request a letter of good standing from the Secretary, which the member himself may share with you.
