The next meeting of the Apollo University Lodge is on Saturday of 6th week Hilary Term, that is Saturday 25th February 2012.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO KEEP THE SECRETARY INFORMED OF ANY CHANGE OF ADDRESS!

Brethren should not attempt to make any Masonic contact overseas without having first checked (preferably in writing) with the Grand Secretary's Office that there is regular Freemasonry in the country concerned, and if so, whether there is any particular point that should be watched.  They should be aware of the Masonic convention that communication between Grand Lodges be conducted through Grand Secretaries.  They should not, without permission, make direct contact with the Grand Secretary of another Constitution.


DINING & PAYMENT

IF YOU INTEND TO DINE, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY IS INFORMED NO LATER THAN THE PRECEDING WEDNESDAY.

Please note that there are TWO options for booking and paying: 

  1. By cheque (£25 per capita) and booking form posted to the Assistant Secretary whose address appears on the summons
  2. By electronic payment via telephone or Internet banking to the Apollo bank account (details below), PLUS AT THE SAME TIME notifying the Assistant Secretary by e-mail of the amount sent and the name of the member and name(s) of guests and dietary requirements.
