PLEASE REMEMBER TO KEEP THE SECRETARY INFORMED OF ANY CHANGE OF ADDRESS!
Brethren should not attempt to make any Masonic contact overseas without having first checked (preferably in writing) with the Grand Secretary's Office that there is regular Freemasonry in the country concerned, and if so, whether there is any particular point that should be watched. They should be aware of the Masonic convention that communication between Grand Lodges be conducted through Grand Secretaries. They should not, without permission, make direct contact with the Grand Secretary of another Constitution.

IF YOU INTEND TO DINE, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY IS INFORMED NO LATER THAN THE PRECEDING WEDNESDAY.
Please note that the new dining form outlines that there are now TWO options for booking and paying:
- By cheque (£25 per capita) and booking form posted to the Assistant Secretary (as before)
